for me clean and well cared for feet on a girl means SO much more to me now then it probably should. I could see an absolute stunning young lady,,, but notice dirty soles,,, like she walks on concrete or even asphalt a lot. or jacked up nail polish. and it drops her down the scale a bit !?!?! almost like cigarettes. tho cigatettes are the low/deal breaker. yuck.
