Shaped like the Ace of Spades, my latest homemade plug. At 92mm (3.6") dia it's too hard a silicone so has no give like most. It's harder to take than the Ass Servant which shrinks as it goes in.

The mold for this one was made from 5 pieces, the top is from the top of a 1.25L plastic bottle, I can't remember what I used to cover over where the neck of the bottle was, probably a piece cut from a plastic ball. The next bit down is the bottom of the same bottle. (I wanted a fairly sharp step to make sure the plug stayed in - it's a bit too sharp though) The join between those 2 parts of bottle is the ring around the widest part. The narrow bit is cut from a 800mL drink bottle and the base is a plumbing pipe cap. All the bits are hot-melt glued together so they are smooth on the inside. The base is open and I stood it upside-down to pour it. I use a smear of petroleum jelly on the inside of the mould so it doesn't stick. The silicone comes as a two-part liquid that you mix together and pour into the mold. It sets in a few hours then after 10 hours or so you can pull the mold apart. It's cheap to make the mold but it can only be used once as I have to carefully cut most of it off. The silicone in this plug is too hard, so I've bought some silicone that is supposed to be half the hardness to try the next one.
