In a long-forgotten library, the day has come for the great ritual - the summoning of the Great Old One. The cultist speaks the incantation and a part of Cthulhu appears. She lets her god fill her completely... First she puts the thing in her mouth until she gags - and then she starts to stick the slimy, long thing up her ass. The pleasure is real.
