Hello, my name is Pickety Witch. This is another personal story. You do not have my permission to share or repost it.
Our planned trip for the day was to a National Trust property not far from Guildford.
We arrived early and bagged a parking space right in the corner of the car park, next to an old red brick wall about 9 or 10 feet high.
The red having faded to a pinky orange beginning to crumble with age and covered in roses.
The colour of the brick showing the peach and cream flowers at their best.
Dear, sweet Pickettywitch, it’s so wonderful to hear your voice. It gives an extra dimension to your already truly impressive dimensions. Your tale will be in my thoughts the next time I use my NT membership. Might you be able to cross the Surrey border and pay a visit to one of the excellent Trust properties in Hampshire? Some have substantial car parks with secluded corners. Xx
